Bodyguard & Executive Protection — Florida
Your people deserve professional-grade protection.
Personal bodyguards and close protection details for executives, public figures, families and high-profile events — planned in advance, executed quietly. Licensed Florida agents, coordinated from our Kissimmee headquarters, deployed statewide and on international travel.

Who we protect
Protection is not one service sold four ways. Each of these clients faces a different threat picture, a different level of exposure, and a different definition of a good day — so each detail is built differently.
Corporate & Executive
Executives & Corporate Travel
For leadership teams whose calendars are public, whose travel is predictable, and whose exposure rises the moment a layoff, a lawsuit or an acquisition becomes news.
- Airport arrivals, secure transport, site-to-site movement
- Board meetings, shareholder meetings, town halls
- Domestic and international business travel
- Residential coverage during elevated-risk periods
High Profile
Public Figures & Entertainment
For artists, athletes, media personalities and creators whose audience knows where they will be before they arrive — and who still need the day to feel normal.
- Tour dates, appearances, press and studio schedules
- Crowd management and controlled access points
- Coordination with venue and promoter security
- Low-profile details that stay out of the frame
Private Clients
Families & Private Wealth
For households where the risk is rarely dramatic and almost always personal — a dispute, a former employee, an inheritance, unwanted attention on a child.
- School runs, routine movement, family travel
- Residential security assessments and coverage
- Discreet standing details or on-call response
- Background due diligence on household staff
Events & Visitors
Events & VIP Visitors
For weddings, conventions, private functions and international visitors in the Orlando corridor — where the guest list, not the building, is what needs protecting.
- Advance venue survey and access planning
- Dignitary and delegation escorts
- Airport meet-and-greet through to departure
- Interpreters and bilingual agents on request
Protective Intelligence
Protection starts as research, not muscle.
Violence against a principal is almost never random. It is preceded by grievance, by escalation, and by someone the client has usually already met.
Most protection firms begin at the front door. MagnoSec begins earlier — because we are also a licensed Florida investigative agency, the same organization that assigns your agents can lawfully research the threat picture first: who has a grievance, what has already been said, and where the exposure actually sits.
That work is delivered to you in writing before a single agent is assigned. It tells you what protection you need — and, just as often, what you do not.
The most expensive detail is the one that protects the wrong thing.

Protective Threat Assessment
- 01Exposure profilePublished schedules, addresses, filings and media footprint — everything a motivated person can find without trying.
- 02Threat historyPrior incidents, reports, complaints and any history of unwanted pursuit or contact.
- 03Persons of concernFormer employees, disputes, fixated followers — identified and assessed, not guessed at.
- 04Digital threat surfaceDirect threats, leaked personal data and the online activity that usually precedes physical action.
- 05Physical vulnerabilitiesResidence, workplace, venues and the routine movements that make a schedule predictable.
- 06Recommended postureArmed or unarmed, team size, duration and cost — with the reasoning behind each one written down.
Not just bodyguards. A protection program.
A bodyguard standing beside the principal is the last layer, not the plan. Real protection is what happens in the days before the car pulls up. Every MagnoSec assignment runs the same sequence, whether it lasts one evening or one year.
Risk Assessment
We establish who the principal is to the outside world: exposure, published movements, prior incidents, online threat surface, and who has reason to act.
Advance Work
Venues, routes and arrival points are surveyed before the principal is anywhere near them. Access points, medical facilities and exits are mapped and timed.
The Detail
Agents are assigned to the threat picture, not to a price sheet — armed or unarmed, uniformed or in business attire, one agent or a full team.
Secure Movement
Transport is planned with primary and alternate routes, trained drivers, and vehicles appropriate to the assignment, including full-size SUVs.
After Action
Every assignment closes with a written record of what happened, what changed, and what should be adjusted before the next movement.
Why MagnoSec
Most protection firms subcontract the parts they cannot do. We hold the licenses for all of it — which is why one team, under one command, can see an assignment from the background check to the last ride to the airport.
We train the people we deploy
MagnoSec operates a licensed Florida security officer school (DS3000041). Agents are trained, tested and employed inside the same organization — not pulled from a staffing pool.
One command, one contract
Protection, investigations and property security sit inside one company. Nothing is subcontracted to a firm you never chose, and there is one person accountable for the whole assignment.
Experience that came from the field
Our leadership brings UN peacekeeping, NATO and Department of Defense contracting and federal task force experience, with more than 2,500 days spent in conflict environments.
Licensed, insured, W-2
Every agent is a W-2 employee of MagnoSec under Florida Security Agency license B1700193 — never a 1099 contractor introduced to you on the day of the assignment.
Bilingual by default
English and Spanish-speaking agents are available on every detail, which matters in Central Florida and on Latin American travel.
Discretion is the deliverable
Assignments operate under confidentiality agreements. We do not name clients, publish details, or use protective work in our marketing — including yours.
Where we operate
Details are coordinated from our Kissimmee headquarters, with standing coverage across Central Florida and the Orlando corridor.
Travel & out-of-state assignments
Protective details travel with the principal. We support movement across Florida, domestic travel within the United States, and international assignments arranged in advance.
For destinations outside our licensed footprint, we coordinate with vetted local partners while retaining command of the detail — you deal with one team and one point of contact, wherever the trip goes.
Questions clients ask first
Do I need an armed bodyguard?
Often, no. The decision comes out of the risk assessment, not preference. In Florida, armed protection requires a Class G license on top of the Class D license every officer holds, and an armed agent changes how a detail is perceived — in a hotel lobby or a school pickup line, that is sometimes the wrong signal. We recommend armed coverage when the threat picture supports it and say so plainly when it does not.
How much notice do you need?
For a planned assignment — a conference, a tour date, a visiting delegation — a week gives us time to do proper advance work on venues and routes, which is where most of the value sits. We do accept short-notice and same-day requests, and will tell you honestly what can and cannot be prepared in the time available.
How much does executive protection cost?
Pricing is built per assignment, not from a rate card, because the variables are real: number of agents, armed or unarmed, hours and days of coverage, vehicles, travel, and how much advance work the venue requires. A consultation and a written risk assessment come before any number, so you are pricing a defined scope rather than a guess.
Will people know we have security?
Only if you want them to. Visible deterrence is the right answer for some assignments and the wrong one for most private ones. Agents can work in business attire, blend into a guest list, and travel as part of your party. Nothing about the detail is published, and client names never appear in our materials.
Can you cover the property as well as the person?
Yes. Executive protection and property security are run by the same company, so a residence, an office or an event site can be covered by uniformed officers while a protective detail stays with the principal — under one contract and one point of accountability. Our security guard services page covers that side in detail.
Do you work with corporate and government clients?
Yes. MagnoSec holds a GSA Schedule contract and a federal BPA, and is certified as a Minority Business Enterprise in Florida, which matters for state and local set-aside eligibility. Corporate clients can be onboarded under standard vendor, insurance and confidentiality requirements.

Tell us who needs protection and where they need to be. We will tell you what the assignment actually requires.
