Our leadership learned risk management where the stakes were highest: UN peacekeeping in Haiti, antiterrorism deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan, federal investigations with a Homeland Security Investigations task force, and command at NATO. Lemuel Rivera, MBA
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Security and investigations executive with more than 30 years in law enforcement, security, antiterrorism and investigations. Lemuel was the first Puerto Rican selected for UN Peacekeeping in Haiti, served as a mentor with NATO and U.S. Embassies, and conducted criminal and money laundering investigations with a Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Task Force. He received the Chairman Award (Medal of Valor) for heroism in Afghanistan. He founded MagnoSec to bring that standard to Florida and to build it into a statewide risk management group.

Lt. Gen. Mark O. Schissler, USAF (Ret.)
Chairman, Advisory Board
Retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant General with more than 35 years of service, including 20 years of senior leadership and command of global air operations and strategic planning. His final post was Deputy Chairman of the NATO Military Committee, where he built consensus on difficult European policy among 28 member nations and about 40 partner nations.
He led U.S. Air Force cyber operations, served as Deputy Director for the Global War on Terror on the Joint Staff in Washington, D.C., and directed the rewrite of U.S. military counterterrorism strategy. As Director of Planning and Programming at U.S. European Command he developed $62 billion a year in budgets, and he served on the Air Force Corporate Board, which oversaw a $122 billion annual budget.
