Privacy Policy
Information We Collect
When you contact MagnoSec through this website, by phone, or through a quote or registration form, you may provide information such as your name, email, phone number, company, and the nature of your inquiry. When you browse the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect limited technical information (IP address, browser and device type, pages visited) through cookies and similar technologies, described in our Cookie Policy.
How Your Information Is Used
Information you provide is used to respond to you, prepare quotes and proposals, deliver and schedule security, investigative, and training services, process course registrations and payments, send service communications and — only with your consent — marketing messages, improve the Site, and comply with our legal, licensing, and federal contracting obligations. Client information is never sold, traded, or shared with marketers, lead-generation services, or any third party for promotional purposes.
Confidentiality of Investigative & Security Work
All investigative and security engagements are handled with strict confidentiality consistent with Chapter 493, Florida Statutes, our contractual obligations, and professional standards. Information you share during a consultation or an active engagement is not disclosed to any third party except as required by law, with your written authorization, or as necessary to deliver the services you have requested. Case information is never used for marketing.
How Information Is Stored and Protected
Client files and case information are stored securely using safeguards appropriate to a licensed security and investigations firm: access controls on digital records, secure storage for physical records, and confidentiality obligations for personnel. Information is retained only as long as needed for the engagement, applicable record-keeping and licensing requirements, or to resolve disputes.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that support our operations (hosting, CRM, email delivery, payment processing, applicant tracking) under confidentiality obligations; professional advisors (accountants, insurers, attorneys) when reasonably necessary; government authorities when required by law, subpoena, court order, or licensing regulation; and successors in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
SMS / Text Messaging
If you opt in to text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for assistance. Mobile opt-in information and consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Your Rights
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, manage cookies through our consent banner or your browser, and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at info@magnosec.com. We honor verified requests promptly, except where retention is required by law or our professional and licensing obligations. California residents: we do not "sell" or "share" personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA; to exercise your California privacy rights, contact info@magnosec.com.
Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Commitment to Accessibility
MagnoSec is committed to making this website usable by people with a wide range of abilities, including those who use assistive technology such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, or browser zoom. Web accessibility benefits everyone, and we build this site to meet recognized standards wherever the underlying platform allows.
Standards Followed
This website works toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the international standard for web accessibility referenced under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Specific measures include sufficient color contrast for text, descriptive alternative text on images, proper heading structure, keyboard-navigable interactive elements, and language attributes to support screen readers in both English and Spanish content.
Known Limitations
This site is built on WordPress with third-party themes and plugins. Some elements of those platforms are not fully under our control and may not meet the strictest accessibility standards in every detail. Where limitations exist, we work within the platform constraints to maximize accessibility, and we welcome feedback when something does not work for you.
Requesting Accommodations
If you have difficulty accessing any part of this website, or if you need information delivered in an alternative format (large print, audio, accessible document, or Spanish-language assistance), please contact us by phone at (888) 970-5188 or by email at info@magnosec.com. Reasonable accommodations are provided promptly.
Telephone and In-Person Services
If using the website is difficult, you can reach MagnoSec directly by phone for any inquiry. Phone consultations are available in English and Spanish for clients who prefer not to use online forms, and accessibility accommodations for in-person meetings and training courses are arranged on request.
↑ Back to topAI & Technology Policy
Our Approach
MagnoSec uses modern technology, including artificial intelligence tools, to operate efficiently — for tasks such as drafting routine communications, organizing research, and improving this website. We use these tools deliberately and under human control, the same way we approach every operational capability.
What We Do Not Automate
Investigative findings, security assessments, expert opinions, personnel decisions, and client reports are produced and verified by licensed professionals. AI tools may assist with drafting or organization, but no investigative conclusion, recommendation, or deliverable is issued without review and approval by a qualified member of our team.
Protection of Client Information
Confidential client information, case files, and investigative materials are not entered into public or consumer AI tools. Where technology platforms are used in our operations, they are subject to the same confidentiality standards described in our Privacy Policy.
Transparency
If a client engagement involves the use of AI-assisted analysis as a material part of the work, we disclose that to the client. Questions about our use of technology are welcome at info@magnosec.com.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT SITE INFORMATION IS COMPLETE OR CURRENT.

THIS SECTION APPLIES TO USE OF THE WEBSITE AND ONLINE SERVICES ONLY; LIABILITY UNDER SEPARATE WRITTEN SERVICE AGREEMENTS IS GOVERNED BY THOSE AGREEMENTS.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MagnoSec, Corp and its officers, agents, and employees from any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days after written notice. Disputes not resolved informally will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules (and, where applicable, its Consumer Rules), conducted in Osceola County, Florida. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT BY AGREEING TO ARBITRATION YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. Claims for injunctive relief, intellectual-property disputes, and small-claims matters are excluded. If any dispute proceeds in court, exclusive venue lies in the state and federal courts located in Osceola County, Florida.
Electronic Communications & Miscellaneous
By using the Services, emailing us, and completing online forms, you consent to receive communications electronically and agree that electronic communications and signatures satisfy any requirement that communications be in writing. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Accessibility Statement, AI & Technology Policy, and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MagnoSec, Corp regarding the Services. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. We may assign our rights and obligations at any time. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and us.
